The caption for this
picture which was found in what appeared to be a publication of the
time states:
"The RB-2, built by Burnelli in 1924, was called the world's
first air freighter. It carried a complete automobile inside,
with a showroom arrangement, on a cross-country tour for a car [Essex]
manufacturer."

Half of the space
inside the RB-2 was used for the car, the other half was used as an office
or reception. No other aircraft of the time could accomplish
this.
