On behalf of the U. S. National Museum I take much pleasure in acknowledging the receipt of a model, one-twenty-fourth size, of the Remington-Burnelli airliner of 1:20; the original wind-tunnel model of the first design to employ an airfoil section fuselage containing cargo at the center of gravity, and propellers installed forward of the leading edge, which you have recently forwarded for the national aeronautical collections.

The model is a very desirable addition to our collections where it has been recorded as a gift in your name.  Please be assured of our appreciation of your interest and cooperation.
