We, at Burnelli, do not accept that our patents have expired for the simple reason that the Burnelli Company has been denied the right to use these patents during their legal lifetime due to criminal conspiracy by the military-industrial complex, including NASA. May we have an explanation as to why your letter of August 31 completely ignored the important fact that the NASA/Douglas Megaliner project, funded by NASA, shows abundant pirating of Burnelli proprietary and intellectual property rights.
