NASA CORRESPONDENCE
The MEGAJET Question
March 29, 1995 - Feb 11,
1997
(NASA never addressed the issue head-on.)

Synopsis:
The Burnelli Company wrote to Daniel S. Goldin, Administrator of NASA
on March 29, 1995 to ask why NASA was funding McDonnell Douglas' "Blended
Wing Body" research. The question is an opportune one since Mr. Burnelli
came up with this very design in 1951 - why are they paying astronomical
sums to McDonnell Douglas for "inventing" something that was
already invented 43 years ago?
This funding of a lifting-body aircraft is proof the statements made
by NASA and others regarding the disadvantages of the Lifting-Body principle
since the mid-thirties are at best wrong, at worst lies.
The correspondence which was prompted by the March 29, 1995 Burnelli letter, will
show that NASA and it's "chief officer" or Administrator, have
used every bureaucratic means to avoid answering this question. To date
Mr. Goldin has avoided answering always deferring to his lawyers or subordinates.
Apparently, Mr. Goldin knows that all is not on the "up and up."
Would you attempt to avoid answering something if you had nothing to hide?
Surely, the Burnelli Company is attempting to protect it's own interests,
Mr. Burnelli having been, for all intents and purposes, defrauded of his
inventions, however, keep in mind: the interests of the Burnelli Company
are also those of the flying public. This correspondence:
" serves to highlight the criminal acts performed in the high offices
of those people who claim to be "the government."
" shows us that
if you were to look at any one act you wouldn't be able to tell what was
going on, you need the entire record.
" emphasizes how these criminal acts affect the inventors, small
manufacturers and especially and finally those who pay for these criminal
acts: the public at large.
This is the purpose for this web-site:
expose the modus operandi (m.o.) of these persons.
Is this what President Eisenhower warned us about in his farewell address when he said:
"In the councils of government, we must guard against the
acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought,
by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the
disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will
persist."
This is the power we're seeing exercised to more flagrant degree
today than ever before.
The correspondence speaks for itself. You'll see the tactics -
they have many starting with the "we've lost your letter," to
answering beside the point, waiting to be reminded to answer,
deferring the correspondence to others, saying someone else is
responsible, you name it - you've got to hand it to Mr. Goldin, his
lawyers and subordinates, they are very clever, but can they
withstand the light of truth? Please be sure to let them know that
you know and add any constructive criticism, give them ideas on how
to mend their ways. They seem to be at a loss.
"We must never let the weight of this combination endanger
our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for
granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the
proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of
defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and
liberty may prosper together."
Note: "Blended Wing Body" is just another way of saying
"Lifting Body".
